Working in the field of health and recreation as an instructor of this for more than four years has been an amazing experience where I feel like I can help and serve people to improve their quality of life.

I am happy to have discovered the practice of Taiji and Qigong at a very young age, as these have been an incredible addiction in my life, for physical and mental well-being.
